At Fortified In Faith, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size & Color

Please review the sizing chart carefully before placing your order. Because all products are custom made after purchase, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size or color.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
